Joining a sorority is one of the best decisions a university student can make. Alpha Phi is an amazing group of women, all inspiring in many different ways. We have women who have traveled all over the world, worked everywhere imaginable, and have already had more experiences during their university career than most people have in a lifetime! The support network you will find in Alpha Phi is in every way unique and irreplaceable. In Alpha Phi, you will find sisters to laugh with or cry with, and the friendships you make will last a lifetime. The recruitment process is made up of two parts: formal recruitment and continuous open bidding.

Continuous Open Bidding

Continuous Open Bidding (COB) happens throughout the year. Alpha Phi is very proud of our continuous open bidding program, aimed at really getting to know every potential new member personally. COBs meet up with some of the chapter's executive members for lunch or coffee to help answer any questions they may have, subsequently attending chapter events to get acquainted with the rest of the girls. Every COB event is full of fun activities and helps to show our potential new members how life is better APhi!
